Abstract

This study was conducted at Administration Village (Kelurahan) Siwalankerto and Gunung Anyar Tambak – Surabaya with the aim of analyzing the influence of knowledge sharing, leadership and professionalism on employee performance of Administrative Village of Siwalankerto and Gunung Anyar Tambak – Surabaya. The sample in this study was 39 employees of Administrative Village of Siwalankerto and Gunung Anyar Tambak – Surabaya. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge sharing, leadership and professionalism had a partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance of Administrative Village of Siwalankerto and Gunung Anyar Tambak – Surabaya. Among the three variables, knowledge sharing, leadership and professionalism, the leadership variable is the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance.
