New Hope With Trust as Intervening http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/228
This study aims to analyze the influence of education and mentoring on the repurchase of PT. New Hope with trust as an intervening variable. The animal feed industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth in line with the increasing nutritional needs of livestock and national programs such as Free Nutritious Meals. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition, PT. New Hope implements customer education and mentoring strategies to increase loyalty and frequency of repeat purchases. Education is provided through training, seminars, and informative materials, while mentoring is carried out through technical consultations and field visits. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on customers of PT. New Hope in various distribution areas. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that education and mentoring have a significant effect on customer trust, and trust has a significant influence on repurchase decisions. In addition, education and mentoring also have an indirect influence on repurchase through trust as an intervening variable. These findings indicate that trust plays an important mediating role in shaping customer loyalty through effective education and mentoring. Thus, a strategy that focuses on empowering and assisting customers in a sustainable manner can be the key to retaining customers and increasing the company's competitiveness. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of literature related to consumer behavior and relationship marketing strategies, as well as practical recommendations for the management of PT. New Hope and similar companies in designing relationship-based marketing strategies that are oriented towards customer repurchase.
Arie Setyawan, Joko Suyono Copyright (c) 2025 WORLD JOURNAL OF BUSINESS RESEARCH AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/228 Sat, 30 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of the Implementation of the E-Purchasing System on the Efficiency, Transparency, and Accountability of Goods and Services Procurement in East Kutai Regency http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/219
This study analyzes the implementation of electronic procurement (e-purchasing) in the procurement of goods and services in East Kutai Regency. A descriptive and comparative approach was employed. The research data comprises two main components. First, primary data were obtained through a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale, distributed to fifty respondents, including procurement officials, operational staff, and suppliers of goods and services. The questionnaire aimed to measure respondents' perceptions of procurement efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Second, secondary data were collected from official documents and procurement reports before and after the system's implementation (2023–2025). Secondary data were analyzed using percentage statistics to compare process time indicators, procurement costs, and levels of transparency before and after the adoption of the e-purchasing system. The findings reveal that the implementation of electronic procurement significantly accelerated the procurement process, reduced both time and costs, and enhanced transparency and accountability in goods and services procurement management. Based on these results, the study recommends strengthening human resource training and technological infrastructure to optimize the future use of the e-purchasing system.
Bayu Prasetya, Tukimun Tukimun, Eswan Eswan Copyright (c) 2025 WORLD JOURNAL OF BUSINESS RESEARCH AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/219 Sat, 30 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Food Quality, Menu Innovation, Price, and Business Location on Consumer Purchase Decisions for Ning Revy Fried Duck and Fried Chicken at the GKB Gresik Culinary Cente http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/229
This section consists of single paragraph and about 250 words maximum. For research articles, abstracts should give a pertinent overview of the work. We strongly encourage authors to use the following style of structured abstracts, but without headings: The rapid growth of the culinary industry in Indonesia, including at the Sentra Kuliner GKB Gresik, has led consumers to consider various factors such as food quality, menu innovation, price, and location in their purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of each of these factors, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchasing decisions at Bebek Goreng and Ayam Goreng Ning Revy. The research aims to address the gaps found in previous studies and provide academic and practical contributions for culinary business owners. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal design, purposive sampling, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the influence of food quality, menu innovation, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis, it was found that partially, only menu innovation has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, food quality, price, and location show a positive but not significant influence. However, simultaneously, all four variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a contribution of 29.5% and the remaining 70.5% influenced by other factors outside the study.
Revy Septiani Cahyaningtyas, Qausya Faviandhani Copyright (c) 2025 WORLD JOURNAL OF BUSINESS RESEARCH AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/229 Sat, 30 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Antecedent of Employee Performance: Knowledge Sharing, Leadership, Professionalism http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/216
This study was conducted at Administration Village (Kelurahan) Siwalankerto and Gunung Anyar Tambak – Surabaya with the aim of analyzing the influence of knowledge sharing, leadership and professionalism on employee performance of Administrative Village of Siwalankerto and Gunung Anyar Tambak – Surabaya. This study aims to evaluate the time management of the Kedang Ipil SPAM construction project with a capacity of 30 liters per second in Kota Bangun Darat, Kutai Kartanegara, using the Critical Path Method (CPM). The research data include the planning schedule (time schedule), weekly and monthly realization reports, progress documentation, and work activity weightings. A quantitative descriptive method was used to analyze the critical path, compare planned and actual durations, and evaluate the cumulative progress deviations of the project. The study found that the actual project duration reached 204 days, exceeding the planned duration of 184 days, with a total deviation of 20 days. The identified critical path included key activities such as the construction of the pump house, reservoir, mechanical and electrical installation, and the water treatment plant (WTP). Project delays were caused by issues related to material procurement, adverse weather conditions, and insufficient field coordination. The cumulative progress S-curve analysis showed the largest negative deviation of -4.527% in week 8 and the maximum positive deviation of +4.606% in week 20. Despite the delays, the project managed to achieve 100% cumulative progress by week 24 through efforts such as increasing the workforce, accelerating material procurement, and strengthening field supervision. The implementation of CPM proved effective in detecting critical activities and supporting swift decision-making to minimize delays. These research findings highlight the importance of adaptive and scientifically-based time control in large-scale construction projects and provide practical contributions to the development of time management strategies in similar infrastructure projects.
Ilja Budi Irawan, Benny Mochtar Effendi Arifin, Alpian Nur Copyright (c) 2025 WORLD JOURNAL OF BUSINESS RESEARCH AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT http://ejournal.worldconference.id/index.php/wjbrpm/article/view/233 Sat, 30 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000
